About Us

The Quail Valley Golf Course, established in 1970, is located in the geographic center of Missouri City and it is best known for hosting the 1973 & 1974 Houston Open, a golf tournament on the PGA Tour.

Under the direction of the City of Missouri City, the Quail Valley Golf Course was reopened in July, 2008.

The 18-hole La Quinta course has received an new irrigation system as well as a new green on Hole #5. The 18-hole El Dorado course has been completely renovated and has opened to rave reviews.

Originally designed as a country club property, the golf course now is open for everyone.

Come check it out. Consider purchasing an annual golf pass and join us for lunch at the newly renovated Grille. The restaurant features tasty hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta and more hearty fare (see menus).

From Houston US 59 South:
Take US 59 South to Murphy Rd/FM 1092 Exit. Travel South on Murphy/FM 1092 to El Dorado Blvd. Turn left on El Dorado follow to Clubhouse.

From Houston US 90A/ South Main:
Take US. 90A/ South Main South to Texas Parkway/Gessner. Turn Left on Texas Parkway and travel South to Cartwright. Turn right on Cartwright and travel to La Quinta Dr. Turn Left on La Quinta and follow to Clubhouse on right.

From Sienna:
Take Hwy 6 North to Murphy Rd/ FM 1092. Turn right on Murphy/ FM 1092 travel to El Dorado Blvd. Turn Right on El Dorado and follow to Clubhouse.
