Walking on the Golf Course
On July 6, Missouri City adopted a city ordinance that allows walking on the cart paths of the La Quinta course during specified times. The intent of the ordinance is to allow all citizens to enjoy the golf course views while still maintaining their safety.
We ask that all parties adhere to the guidelines of the golf course park property and that they be aware of others on the course. Please note that walking on the El Dorado course, which is undergoing renovation, is prohibited.
Below are the times specified for walking on the La Quinta Golf course:
Holes 1-9
6:00 - 6:59 a.m. and twenty (20) minutes after sunset until 10:00 p.m. or during daylight savings time, 11:00 p.m.
Holes 10-18
6:00 - 8:29 a.m. and twenty (20) minutes after sunset until 10:00 p.m. or during daylight savings time, until 11:00 p.m.
