Both courses at Quail Valley offer stimulating golf. The El Dorado Course, newly renovated in 2009, first opened years ago, featuring a design by Jeff Blume. Heritage Links of Houston recently rebuilt the course, combining a modern feel with the features from the Houston Open in 1973 and 1974. Players must exercise caution with shots, carefully navigating around the Stafford Run and Oyster creeks. Meanwhile, the La Quinta Course provides golfers with a traditional golf test, employing a mixture of large fairways and small greens.
